Peace at home: parent-child relationships, expectations, disconnection, conscious parenting
Acting out your inner purpose: inner and outer purpose, from stress to inner peace, modalities of Silent Activity, individual and collective well-being

Whole Health Program
Formerly known as the Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program. This program is based upon a combination of the ancient wisdom of the Body-mind Medicine of Ayurveda and modern science.
